By registering to participate in the project entitled “BMF CP104: Climate Change–Induced Heat Bouts, Perception, Concern, and Heat Tolerance Among Older Adults” on the SM3D Portal, I hereby declare that I have fully understood, endorsed, and committed to upholding the philosophy, principles, and ethical standards observed by the research community [1].
I recognize that the Portal is not merely a platform for project coordination but a knowledge ecosystem grounded in intellectual discipline, ethical rigor, and collective responsibility. By joining this project, I am committed to maintaining strict self-discipline in fulfilling all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.
In line with the Bayesian Mindsponge Framework (BMF) analytics philosophy, as stated in the community’s methodological material [2], I will ensure that empirical modeling, conceptual reasoning, and interpretation are ethically and scientifically conducted. Whenever possible, I will actively participate in discussions and the betterment of the methodological application, quality of the manuscript(s), and value of the project.
I also affirm my adherence to a culture of openness and transparency with respect to data, code, analytical procedures, and early-stage research results, so that research integrity, collective learning, and reproducibility can be maintained.
